Do we need our own server or IT staff?
No. EducateSync is fully cloud-hosted. You just open it in a browser — we handle servers, backups, security and updates. There is nothing to install or maintain.
Can we move from our current ERP?
Yes. We migrate your students, classes, and records using bulk CSV import — most schools are fully onboarded within days, not months. On the Scale plan, migration is done for you free.
Is our school data safe?
Your data lives in a secure cloud PostgreSQL database with role-based access control and audit logs. Each user — admin, teacher, parent, back office — sees only what their role allows.
Can parents pay fees online?
